Machine Construction

Constant tension feeding device. The device combines frame, feeding roll, R shape fabric box, chute board and photoelectric control system. Its function is feed the fabrics into machine smoothly, eliminate the difference of fabric’s width and shrinkage caused by tension fluctuates.
Overfeeding device and holder 4 wheel driving, fabrics width adjustment driven by motor and lead screw, convenient to operate. The holder is newly designed magnetic fluctuate model; there is no connection element between the left and right parts. Width can be adjusted in the range of 350mm-1500mm without change folder.
Steaming device It is made of stainless steel, upside nozzles are concave shapes and underside nozzles are convex shape, the design can prevent condensed water ejection. Main pipe equipped a stainless globe valve to control the steam quantity. The steam device also includes a vapor liquid separator and a condensing device. The upper part of steam box can be elevated by air cylinder, convenient to feed fabrics, when start the machine it close automatically.
Pre-shrinking device The pre-shrinking device is the main part of the machine, this part include steam cylinder.20mm felt and damping fin. The fabric enters the mechanism through steaming and humidification, and the fabric is pre-shrunk between the damping fin and the felt. After the fabric leaves the damping fin, it enters the setting area between the drying cylinder and the felt, and the setting finishing is carried out under the high-temperature ironing extrusion of the drying cylinder to obtain a stable width and make the fabric surface have a shiny and soft effect. The cylinder temperature can be adjust according to the process requirement , and controlled by an intelligent temperature control system, the temperature control precise ±1℃.

 

A pneumatic device is used for direct the moving route of felt, the felt is tightened by pneumatic cylinder and pressure is adjustable. The main speed is the first cylinder speed, the second cylinder speed change follow the first speed, between the fist cylinder and the second cylinder set with a tension adjust roll, which can keep the fabrics tension stable.

Conveyor belt The conveyor belt is a Teflon ring net, which can make the fabric not slip during transportation, and its speed is adjusted by the motor of the stacker, and it does not produce tension on the fabric.
Cooling device Cooling chamber is located under the conveyor belt and adopts a strong air suction cooling mode. When the fabric passes through the belt, the cold air enters the fan through the fabric and the belt to cool the fabric, and the hot air is sucked away by the fan. And the outlet of the fan can be led to the outside through a pipeline.
Folding device Folding device include a pair of fabric guide roll、pressure plate、lifting table and hydraulic system. The movement of lifting table is controlled by hydraulic, it falls automatically with folding height, and the fabrics can be transported out of the folder automatically after fabric is stacked.
Drive device The machine is driven by 4 motors, the motor driven by inverter and controlled by PLC, HMI operating. Overfeeding ratio and main speed can be adjusted according to process requirement. The set parameter memory is stored when the machine stops.
