Stepless Pressure Regulation S-Roll Calender

Basic Working Principle Of Calendering Machine

A steel sleeve rotates around a fixed eccentric shaft core. The sealing disc at both ends of the shaft core and the sealing strips installed on both sides of the shaft divide the annular gap pressurized by heated transfer oil and the other side is the oil return cavity. By controlling the pressure in the oil inlet chamber and the pressure difference between the two oil chambers, compensation adjustment of step-less pressure regulating S-Roll is to follow the line pressure setting process, continuous and automatic synchronization. When processing different quantitative products, the line pressure of each point of the roller can keep uniform. In the operation process, the step-less pressure regulating S-roll technology can be used to control the line pressure to the state required by the process.

Configuration

Upper roller

Structural form: There are large holes drilled in the middle of the roller body and small holes drilled around the roller surface. This structure is used for circulating heating of thermal oil and can effectively ensure the temperature of the roller surface degree uniformity and consistency. One end of the roller is equipped with a coupling for transmission, and the other end is equipped with a thermal oil rotary joint;

Roller specifications: Outer diameterφ560mm. The pattern of the embossing roller is made according to the pattern provided by the user, and the actual size of the embossing roller is designed according to the pattern design;

Roll material: Alloy steel forgings. Roller surface heat treatment: surface quenching, embossing roller surface hardness HRC54±2;

Max. temperature of roller surface: 170℃. Rotary joint is used for the inlet and outlet of heat transfer oil, equipped with valves and metal hoses;

Bearings: Heavy duty bearings. Bearing lubrication method: using thin oil circulation lubrication.

 

Lower roll (S-Roll roller)

An S-Roll step-less pressure regulating uniform roller that can control the bending deflection of the roller surface, providing the most uniform pressure to the entire pressure zone and operating range;

Outer diameter of steel sleeve: φ505mm. Roller sleeve material: Alloy steel forgings. Heat treatment of roller surface: Quenching hardness HRC58±2. Roll surface roughness: ≤Ra0.2 (in factory condition). Max. temperature of roller surface: 170℃;

Bearings: Heavy duty bearings. Transmission method: Using couplings to drive through synchronous sprockets and synchronous chains.
