    a) machine feet (1), pendulum rod components(2)

    Chassis, shell, drive motor and rotary drum are hanged on the spherical base above three column bases by three pendulum rods. The three pendulum rods are covered by buffer springs to relieve and release the impact load to principal axis and bearing if the machine is in l unbalanced conditions because of the inhomogeneous loading.

    Rotary drum component (4) is directly mounted on the cone shaft of the vertical direct-drive motor, with a compact structure, when the rotation of the motor shaft drives the bottom rotation of the conical drum, under the centrifugal force, textile water is thrown to the outer wall of the cage and flow to chassis through drainage hole, then removed by drainage channel, which can achieve the purpose of dehydration. Rotary drum components contain drum, cage, etc.

    c) automatic brakingfunction

    This function is completed jointly by the converter and braking resistor group. The principle is that when the braking resistor receives a stop command issued by the converter, the converter begins to slow down. During the speed reduction period, the DC voltage is higher than the designed discharge value. Then the brake tube switches to discharge. After brake tube switched on, the braking resistor depletes the feedback voltage of motor. If the braking resistor is broken, converter will report the fault of OU overvoltage.

    Electrical control box (7) is equipped with this machine’s control electrical components, including frequency converter, timing operation device, braking resistor, etc. the electrical control box should be electrical grounding safely.

    Maintenance Of Hydro Extractor Machine In Textile

    a) The usage of operation of this machine needs to be responsible by special persons and process strictly according to the requirements and procedures of instruction book. Before the usage, a check of balanced loading is very Over-loading is forbidden. The volume of machine needs to be strictly controlled according to the instructions and the materials should be well-distributed before operation (the dewatering workers are forbidden to enter the dewateringcylinder).

    b) The machine needs to be operated by specially-assigned workers. And a regular check and maintenance per 6 months is very necessary for the daily use. The ball-head style dewatering machine needs to be filled with lubricating oil each month in ball-head mode. And the lubricating oil of slidingbearingneeds to be cleaned and changed after a year’s  Take down the bearing parts and wash by diesel oil. Then reinstall the parts to the machine and fill the lubricating oil and oleo oil. (The operation above is for ball-head style machine). And for the three-foot style dewatering machine, users still need to fill lubricating oil each month to the pendulum rod components to reduce abradability.

    c) The machine must wear foundations bolts. Workers need to check the fasten parts of each dewatering parts of the machine regularly to find out the loosing parts in time. Pay attention to the vibration of dewatering cylinder and the machine. If there are unusual sounds or vibration during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately to check the problems in case of

    d) A regular check of cylinder and liquid block plate is necessary to see if there are cracks or serious corrosion at the weld joints. If so, the machine needs to be stopped

    e) The dewatering cylinder must work in clock-wise rotation and in approved speed.Over-speedingand over loading and reverse rotation are

    i) The disassembly and assembly of the dewateringmachine:

    -Cut off power source, tear down the wiring connected in machine body, screw down the fixing bolt of cover and chassis. Hoist cover to safe place.

    -Loose motor lock round nuts with special tools. And screw the special lifting screw into the lifting hole of the turning drum (to make sure the screws are fastened). Cover the steel rope used for hoisting, slowly lifts the turning drum with lifting equipment.

    -Because of the weight of the turning drum, please handle with care and pay attention to self security. If there is abnormal conditions, the machine should be stopped and contact our factory immediately. The operation needs to be done by professionals. If the malfunction mentioned above or other malfunctions which are not mentioned above, users should contact our factory in time to check and repair.

    -When assembly, the components being torn down at first should be installed afterwards, and the components being torn down afterwards should be installed first. All the fasteners should be screwed tight.
