Feature & Advantage Of Calendering Machine In Textile
- The soft-faced roller of this machine uses the technology of controllable middle and high zone. Upper and lower rows of pressurizing piston units are arranged on the main shaft in the nylon sleeve of the rotating high-elasticity roller along the length direction. You can adjust the pressure between calendering points freely according to fabric width to make the pressed roller’s width same as fabric width.
- There is hydraulic retracting device in the nylon sleeve. Through the support elements arranged at the left and right ends of the shaft, the quick pressure release is ensured, and both sides of the high-temperature sensitive nylon sleeve are pulled back in time, thus avoiding the direct contact between the non-fabric areas at both ends of the nylon sleeve and the heating steel roller. Therefore the nylon sleeve’s face not covered by fabric will not be damaged by heat.
- Nylon sleeves rotate on a controllable hydraulic oil film. Static pressure bearings are used. So there are no problems of wearing and sealing.
- The product’s thickness, gloss, homogeneity after this machine’s calendering is much better than those after normal fixed middle high calendering.
- This machine can stand steel roller’s high temperature and bigger linear speed in the running.

Configuration Of Bendcon Calender
Machine rack | The main frame is composed of left and right wall panel frames, the material is Q235, the thickness is 80mm, and the sandblasting high temperature tempering treatment after welding. The left and right frames are connected by fixed-distance beams to increase the stability. The fixed-distance beams are welded by section steel and tempered after welding.

The line pressure between two rollers can be adjusted because the internal pressure of pistons can be adjusted. Pressure zones:3 pressure zones in vertical direction and 3 pressure zones in horizontal direction,1 pressure zone for nylon sleeve recovery. Roller diameter: Ф510mm.The raw materials of nylon sleeve: BASF material from Germany.Nylon sleeve is driven by motor power(0.37KW) which can effectively prevent surface of nylon sleeve being damaged by heating roller.
