Servo Drive System Of TFO Machine:
The servo drive system of TFO (Two-in-One Twist) machines plays a key role in the modern textile industry. Its advanced technical design ensures that the equipment can continue to provide high-quality yarn products under efficient, precise and stable operating conditions. This system consists of three independent motors, namely a main spindle drive motor A, a small winding drive motor B and a traverse drive servo motor C. The independent operation of each motor gives the system greater flexibility and control accuracy.
- Spindle drive main motor A: As the core part of the system, the spindle drives the main motor A directly affects the yarn twisting process. It provides stable and powerful power, allowing the yarn to maintain the consistency and accuracy of twisting even at high speeds. The stable operation of the main motor is the basis for ensuring yarn quality. Whether during normal operation, or during starting and stopping, the TPM (twist per meter) of the equipment can be guaranteed to remain consistent
- Winding drive small motor B: The winding drive small motor B is responsible for winding the yarn. The design of this motor allows it to always maintain yarn tightness and uniformity at different winding speeds. By accurately controlling the winding tension and speed of the yarn, the small motor B can effectively reduce the breakage and hairiness of the yarn during the winding process, thereby improving the overall quality of the yarn. This is a crucial quality guarantee for the subsequent textile process.
- Transverse drive servo motor C: The main function of servo motor C is to control the traverse position of the yarn during the winding process. The precise control capability of the servo motor allows the yarn to be evenly distributed on the reel during the winding process, avoiding excessive concentration or dispersion of the yarn and ensuring a smooth and stable yarn wrap after winding. This not only improves the quality of the yarn package, but also reduces trouble in subsequent processing.
- PLC control system: The operation of all motors is accurately controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) installed in the electrical control cabinet. The PLC system coordinates the operation of the three motors and operates at a constant speed ratio to ensure that the TPM (number of twists per meter) remains consistent throughout the starting, normal operation and stop of the machine. This function not only ensures yarn quality, but also improves production efficiency and reduces quality problems caused by equipment fluctuations.
