Functions And Features Of Tubular Balloon Padder

• The machine can untwist the roped tubular fabric after dyeing or other process. Then with the help of double dips and padders, balloon padder could get the effect without any wrinkle on fabric.

1	turning table		The turning table is a circular platform of 2m diameter. 4	fabric guide ring		After the untwisting mechanism, the fabric is opened by the freely rotating fabric guide ring to make fabric surface smoothly and in good orders, then ready to go into the padders. The position of the guide ring(fabric working width) is adjusted by the lead screw.
5	two tanks		Water tank and chemical Tank. Make it by 304 stainless steel, antirust and anti-corrosion from the water and chemical liquid, the chemical tank is kept warmly in certain temperature for adding softener.
6	double padders		Water squeezer and chemical squeezer. Water squeezer extracts water from the fabric, in order to equalize moisture over the whole height. Two steel rollers coated in 92-94 shore hardness rubber, with 220mm diameter, obtain optimal and homogeneous squeezing at a pressure of 25 kg/cm.The pressure of the squeezing roller is controlled and adjusted by reducer, the pressure could be adjusted by your personal demand.Squeezer consists of 2 sets of rubber rollers and 2 sets of pneumatic rollers. Stainless steel is used with double padder. The water squeezing device and chemical squeezing device are driven by two motors separately. Two motors are controlled by inverters which can be frequency controlled to ensure synchronous operation and make the fabric run without tension.
7	air ballooning system		This system guarantees minimum elongation even at high running speeds. The compressed air is blowed into tubular fabric, which make fabric more natural and eliminate wrinkles. Advanced technology for better and ideal purpose.
8	pressure adjusting mechanism		Set with a regulation-resistance to adjust pressure between squeezing roller, with cooperation with other parts working together.
9	fabric exit(plaiter)		The swing mechanism is driven by a motor and can be adjusted by an inverter to ensure synchronous operation.
10	chemical mixer		100% made by 304 stainless steel, driven by the motor, to mix the chemicals and water in certain percentage. Normally it means softener.
