  • The control system of the textile singeing machine has a high degree of automation.   • The aluminum alloy fire port is equipped with silicon ceramic bricks. The secondary combustion method has a wide flame, fast injection speed, strong flame penetration, and is energy-saving and efficient.
  • The equipment adopts imported aluminum alloy high-pressure fan, which has frequency conversion and speed regulation, low noise, and stable and safe operation. Imported electromagnetic proportional valve for gas components, gas low-voltage protection switch, high-voltage protection switch, and fine regulating valve ensure the safety of gas use and accurate adjustment of gas flow.
  • The power speed of the equipment adopts a hard-gear reducer, with accurate transmission speed ratio and long service life.

across burn: the fabric can get the highest flame energy at this position and achieve the strongest singeing effect, which is suitable for the stove singeing of heavy natural fiber fabrics;

surface burn: the cool water roller with fabric backing prevents the flame from penetrating the fabric, which is suitable for singeing synthetic fibers and light fabrics;

tangentially burn: fabric backed by the cool water roller, the flame is tangential to the fabric, suitable for singeing of special fabrics and temperature-sensitive fiber fabrics.
