1. On-site Measurement and Analysis: 

We dispatched professional engineers to the client’s factory to measure the available space. Our team engaged in in-depth discussions with R&D engineers to explore improvements in the size and performance of the existing rotor spinning equipment.

2. Equipment Modification and Recommendation:

After making certain modifications to the existing yarn manufacturing equipment, we recommended that the client adopt 14 advanced rotor spinning machines. Each machine is equipped with 600 spindles, totaling 8,400 spindles. This setup meets the client’s capacity needs while effectively utilizing the available space.

3. Adaptation to Production Processes:

To meet the client’s high-quality yarn requirements, we modified and optimized the internal structure of the equipment. This ensures that the equipment operates efficiently and produces yarns that meet the client’s quality standards.
