Main Construction Of Sueding Fabric Machine

Total Machine including metal frames, main walls, sueding rollers, compress rollers, electric equipment control and series parts.

  • Metal Frames: including merchant steel, cloth tightening device, serve cloth pipe, the height is about four meters, while it is useful for the textile spreading out.
  • Main Walls: they are made of box iron which were performed aging treatment. This material can keep it used precision for long time and absorb vibration. It is guarantee for high efficiency and speed sueding machine.
  • Sueding Roller: total quantity is 18 pieces. It is made of steel and sand paper on it. Its diameter is 176mm, and is produced with three counterpoise technology. Its precision is G6.3 grade; rotation speed is 1200n/min. Its driver is 11KW motor (each sueding roller has one motor).
  • Compress Roller: each sueding roller has one compress roller, the compress can be performed steadily at the same time on both sides.
  • The Drive Parts for Fabric In and Out: adapts a pair of rollers whose shape like the letter “S”.
  • Electric System: main drive adapts variable frequency, the operation is very simple and easy, frequency transformer adapts series frequency conversion.
  • Fabric Dropping Part: it adapts standard dropping roller type, and roller is driven by the fabric discharging motor reducer through chain transmission. The swing roller is separately driven by the 0.75kw motor reducer.
  • Installation and Adjustment: the machine should be set up on the flat and dry place. The floor adapts grouting technology twice. The foundation bolt must be fixed and make sure the machine horizontal.
  • Client should prepare parts: the source for compress air, the power, the pipe for connecting the mouth of fans, the bag for collecting dust, some wires, and basis construction.
