Configuration Of Fabric Calendering Machine
1) Frames
Main frame includes wall plates at 2 sides, connecting bars, pressurized screws. Frame’s material is Q235A. Plate thickness is 60mm. The steel plate of connecting bars are welded , sandblasted, tempered. The left and right wall plate are fixed by connecting bars to increase stability.
2) Rollers
embossing roller, Ø400, pattern is designed according to customers’ offered fabric sample or pattern drawing. The bearing seat for bottom roller is mounted on the frames. The bearing seat for top roller moves up and down. Bearings for roller: 22318CA/W33, Wafangdian brand, lubricated by grease.
rubber roller, Ø400, material is EPDM rubber(natural colour), hardness on the surface is SHA90±2. Bearings for roller: 22318CA/W33, Wafangdian brand, lubricated by grease. 1 pc of stainless steel water channel.
3) Transmission
It is driven by hard-tooth-surface reducer and coupler. Inverter motor’s power is 15kW.
4) Pressurization system
Pressurization mode is 2 pcs of lift (10 ton), driven by motors.
5) Electrical control
Self-developed system software 3.0.
Motor speed is adjusted by inverter(SIEMENS). It can be linked with spunlace dryer and single-acted.
