Configuration Of Radio Frequency Dryer

1.Head and tail

Including carrier, cylindrical frame of rectangular cross-section, its sides are all painted protective steel plates, equipped:power mechanism of conveyor belt and driving guide wheel;stainless steel work surface (input & output);Aluminum entrance and exit, equipped with fully welded shielding structure;hot air device at the top of the entrance and exit;main fan dehumidifying device;RF transmitter box;transformer box, main electrical;operation box;water cooling device;front rack length: 2.75m, rear rack length: 2.25m

2.Conveyor belt

The hard polypropylene module is connected and 1.74m wide.The reducer drives the wheel axle conveyor belt to move linearly through the sprocket, and the speed is adjusted by the frequency converter. There is a fast mechanism to quickly send out the objects in the drying room.

3.Drying room

Including the main frame, rectangular cross-section frame, both sides are covered by aluminum plates, the upper and lower are stainless steel plates, equipped: Aluminum-magnesium alloy capacitive electrode system, composed of parallel round steel, protected by polypropylene insulating material outside the tube. And there are silver-coated copper plate regulator and voltage balance inductor.Total working area: 3.5m x 1.8m = 6.3 m²,Moisture duct, two air outlet openings along the entire drying room, equipped with air extraction fans.Side aluminum alloy inspection window, and inspection drying room.Equipped with fire sprinkler system.Modular mechanism, 4m in length per chamber.

4.High frequency generator

The QR01-85KW RF dryer is independently designed and manufactured, suitable for industrial production, with an efficiency of up to 70% and high reliability. Components can be easily disassembled and assembled through the inspection window, equipped:

The feed part has a repair-free air-cooled high-voltage transformer, bridge rectifier, and is connected to the oscillation circuit through the blocking capacitor, additionally controlling and protecting circuit.

RC oscillator, lumped components, vacuum triode C- type oscillation mode, LC resonant circuit, variable capacitance coupling circuit for RF power regulation; Measurement and testing circuit.

5.Electrical workingboard and controller
